The process typically takes 2 to 3 days on-site. There is very little preparation required by you prior to our visit.

The Analyst will meet with the company’s owners and/or key management initially.
After the initial meeting, the Analyst meets with several key staff members (i.e. sales staff, sales manager, office manager, warehouse manager, etc).
On the final day, the Analyst will again meet with the company's owners and/or key management for a full day of results related discussions on his findings and his proposed solutions for improvement.
