Joe Milevsky,
CEO and founder of JRM Sales
& Management, Inc. Calling on his more than 35 years of industry experience, Joe has
helped hundreds of clients improve the performance of their companies
and profit as a result of their
business relationships with JRM. Before establishing JRM, Joe held
various executive positions with several of the strongest retailers in
our industry. He has authored numerous articles for industry trade
publications and he is a regular speaker at national events for the
National Home Furnishings Association (NHFA), the Western Home
Furnishings Association (WHFA), Hearth Patio And Barbeque
Association (HPBA), various buying groups, and user conferences.
Many will tell you that he is the most effective business analyst,
consultant, and facilitator in our industry. |

David Fass,
Senior Business Analyst and
Senior Retail Consultant for JRM Sales & Management, Inc.
David joined JRM in
2002 and brought with him a passion and energy to all of his
endeavors in the U.S. and abroad. His broad-based, 36-year
background in the home furnishings, appliance, electronics, and
fire, patio and barbecue industries runs the gamut from ownership of
a leading chain of stores, to sales, management, operations, and
training positions. This vast experience has enabled him to become
one of our industry’s most respected business analyst, consultant
and roundtable group facilitator. |

Bob Moorman, Senior
Business Analyst and Senior Retail Consultant for JRM Sales and
Management, Inc.
Bob has a retail career that spans 25
years. He worked his way up and held several key management
positions with the JCPenney Company and then later with the Target
Corporation. He has been a store manager, senior merchandise
buyer, regional field merchandiser, zone manager, and with Target
was appointed as National Sales Manager for the Seasonal Division.
He was responsible for developing the micro marketing strategies for
key geographic areas of the country including Texas/Mexican border
strategies and coastal strategies for the chain. Bob joined JRM in
2004 as a senior business analyst and consultant. Prior to joining
JRM, Bob oversaw the operation of an organization that facilitated
roundtable groups. Bob has extensive experience in working
throughout the United States and internationally in such areas as
Russia with the furniture, appliance and electronics retailers, he
is known for his analytical skills and his many seminars he gives
throughout the country. |

James Grandillo,
Senior Retail Consultant for JRM Sales & Management, Inc.
Jim’s 40 years in
the home furnishings, appliances, electronics and rent-to-own
industries gives him extensive experience in all matters relating to
sales, sales management, organizational development, and
merchandising – as well as high-level budgeting and financial
expertise. He has held executive positions with Ethan Allen,
Mohasco Corporation, and Aaron Rents, Inc and has extensive
multi-unit responsibilities with several large U.S. and Scandinavian
furniture retailers. Jim joined JRM in 2001 and as a consultant he
has personally helped improve the performance of over 100 retailers
across the U.S. and Canada |

Floyd Veal, Senior
Retail Consultant for JRM Sales & Management, Inc. Prior to
joining JRM, Floyd spent 35 years with Haverty’s Furniture. In his
last position with Haverty’s, Floyd served as the Vice President and
Regional Manager for their Mid-South region. In this position, Floyd
oversaw twenty-four retail stores. He also oversaw a two hundred
thousand square foot Regional Distribution Center that provided
merchandise to over one fourth of the company’s stores. He is one of
the most highly respected and admired people in our industry and has
become one of the most highly respected consultants in the furniture,
appliance and electronics industries. |

Elly Valas
brings to JRM Sales & Management 30 years of retail experience in
the sporting goods, home appliance and consumer electronics
industries. After leaving her family’s business in 1992, she spent
12 years training and consulting with closely-held retailers as the
CEO of the North American Retail Dealers Association (NARDA). Her
expertise lies in helping families, in business together, develop
positive working relationships and succession plans for both the
business and the family. She is the co-author of the book Guerrilla
Retailing, writes for numerous retail trade magazines and is a
frequent speaker for entrepreneurial audiences. |

Michael Luciani, Senior Retail
Consultant for JRM Sales & Management, Inc.
Michael brings nearly 40 years of
retailing experience to JRM Sales & Management. In addition to JRM,
over his career, he has worked for the large national retailer,
Levitz Furniture, smaller scale regional furniture retailers, as
well as several smaller one store retail operations. Through his
work at JRM, his expertise has expanded into the hearth and hardware
industry adding to his knowledge of furniture, appliances and
electronics. Throughout his career, Mike has worked in all areas of
retailing including sales, operations, merchandising, human
resources, team building and multi–store general management. He
also has regional management and distribution center management
experience. His proactive coaching and understanding of all aspects
of the retail industry helps JRM clients achieve success at every
level of business operations. |

Jay Marsee
is a credit and collection specialist for
JRM Sales & Management. Jay is one of the most knowledgeable people in the retail
industry in this area of business. He has 38 years of experience in consumer
finance and retail credit management. He has experience in establishing credit
policy, audit functions, all phases of collection procedures, and real estate
finance. He has served with a nationally based financial service company (Avco
Financial Services). and two major southeastern furniture chains (Havertys
Furniture and Maxwell/Wickes Furniture Corp.)

Mark Cooper,
Senior Retail Consultant for JRM
Sales & Management, Inc.
Mark has spent 35 years involved in the
Home Furnishings, Interior Design and Manufacturing aspects of the
business .Mark has held key management positions with national
companies like Ethan Allen, Thomasville and Bassett Furniture where
he specialized in developing retail store concepts, individual store
performance improvement, and innovative retail strategies. During
his career Mark has worked with several hundred retailers to help
them realize their personal and professional goals as it related to
their business. |

Daniel (Dan)
Jones,
Senior Store Designer for JRM Sales & Management, Inc.
Dan has been in the retail
furniture and design industry for almost 30 years, spending 22 years
with Haverty's Furniture in Atlanta. During that time Dan got a
unique understanding of furniture retail by managing Atlanta's
Customer Service Department as well as the Inventory Control
Department, before becoming Lead designer and Accessory Buyer for the
Atlanta stores. In 1985 he was recruited to Haverty's Corporate
Office to join the Store Planning Team. He then spent 15 years as
Director of Store Planning, in charge of all aspects of store design
for new stores and remodeling of the 100+ store chain. He was in
charge of coordinating with Store Managers, Architects, Engineers,
Merchandising, Advertising, and
Display Teams, to transform an empty plot of land into a successful
retail showplace. |
