There is very
little preparation required on your part.

analyst will meet with the company’s decision makers on the first
day until the mid-afternoon.

Then the
analyst would like to meet with 5 or 6 of the company’s employees
(sales associates, the sales manage office manager, warehouse
manger, etc).

That
night, the analyst would like to have dinner with all decision
makers.

Then the
analyst will meet with all decision makers for around 6 hours on the
second and final day. The analyst will tell you what he has seen
and make recommendations for how you could improve in those areas.

organizations may take additional days)
