The 2-Day Analysis Process:

Sample Agenda:

  • The Analyst will meet with the company’s decision makers on the first day until the mid-afternoon...

  • After the initial meeting with company decision makers, the Analyst will want to meet with key staff members (i.e. sales staff, sales manager, office manager, warehouse manager, etc)...

  • At the conclusion of the first day, the Analyst will want to reconvene with all company decision makers for dinner.

  • The next morning, the Analyst will again meet with all company decision makers for a full day of results-related discussion on his findings as they relate to all areas of your business and then he will make recommendations for improvement in these areas discussed.
