To Whom It May Concern:
While attending a Brand Source Pacific Rim Board meeting I listened
to two fellow dealers talk about how impressed they were with their
JRM experience. I place both of the dealers in high regard in fact
they have such well run businesses I was surprised they had hired a
consultant. I also had the opportunity to hear the owner of JRM at a
NARDA seminar. I was impressed with the content and presentation of
the material that was presented. I talked to my fellow dealers after
the meeting and they said how Hal McClamma had helped them improve
almost all aspects of their business and they were looking forward
to improving even more.
In February 2007 we had Hal out for an initial visit and
consultation. After spending two days with him my whole management
team was convinced the investment would be worth it so we signed up.
Idler's hasn't been the same since. We now have a process for almost
everything we do in our business. We have been taught to approach
each issue as a team; which is huge. We still don't make all the
right decisions but the team approach is the only way to go. We have
a sales process now and we really know how many people walk into our
stores each day.
I could go on and on but I will end with this. I am extremely
satisfied with Hal McClamma and the JRM method of training. We have
a long way to go as we will never stop trying to improve. (I hope).
The process is hard work and it doesn't stop when he is done but is
well worth the effort. I cannot say everything is beautiful in our
business but I have high hopes for the future. I cannot imagine
doing business any other way now even though we still have so far to
go.
