Milton A. JRM Sales, Knorr marketing team up

Offering more comprehensive consulting services to furniture retailers

TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. — Industry consulting firms JRM Sales & Management and Knorr Marketing have formalized a mutual referral agreement they say will allow them to offer a greater level of comprehensive consulting services to home furnishings retailers.
The companies said they will be able to assist retailers with everything from business analysis and planning, budgeting and financial controls, merchandising, organizational development, sales and management training, operations and warehouse controls, marketing and media planning, advertising and public relations.
"To succeed in today's challenging economy, retailers must hold everything accountable," said Doug Knorr, president of Knorr Marketing. "Increasing store traffic won't improve store profits unless a retailer has all the other essential systems of a business operating smoothly to build a positive brand experience.
