Organizational Development

Brings systems to your company that will improve accountability, communication, delegation, and encourage a positive effective team environment.  Together we will develop your company's organizational chart with meaningful and useable job descriptions and employee evaluation process.  Along with effective meeting structure, conflict resolution, and evaluation techniques, these positive vehicles will assist you with developing the performance improvement of all your employees.

Budgeting and Financial Controls

We will begin by producing an annual budget for your company and reformatting your chart of accounts into a format allowing analysis of appropriate operational areas.  Also, monthly,  quarterly and annually review processes to budget and previous time frames will be put into place.  This will  position you to truly work your financial statement and improve the probability that you will achieve your financial objectives.  We will develop Pro-forma format for you that will allow you to determine the cost to benefit ratio of substantial investments.  Systems for checks and balances will also be implemented as needed. 

Family Business and Succession Planning

Families must work pro-actively to ensure the future of their business and of the family members working in it.  It is often an emotional and draining exercise requiring the objectivity of an outside facilitator. 

In this process, families identify the gaps between where they are and where they want to be.  They develop a strategic plan for the business as well as a family strategic plan to define participation in the business by family members.  They build a succession plan for transfer or ownership and management of the company.  We work with the family’s legal and financial advisors to ensure that the estate plan facilitates both the founder’s retirement and the transfer of assets fairly among his or her heirs.
