You don’t have to partake in the economic downturn. Like everyone
else I imagine, I knew the economy was going in the wrong direction and
if I continued to run the business as I always did, the results would
mirror the economy. When JRM Sales & Management did a 2 day
analysis of my business last year and told me that I could increase my
profits by investing in my business and spending even more money I was
skeptical. Using my own financial data, they showed me how and why
letting them help me would be a wise investment. We signed up for
an 8 month engagement and extended the engagement because of the
results.
When comparing the first quarter of 2009 against the same quarter 2008,
our expenses increased by 15.2% and we changed our sales compensation
plan from a base pay to a plan that paid based upon performance.
Sales increased by over 20% and profits by 71.3%.
